My Story

If life’s challenges have ever made you feel heavy, I know exactly how you feel!

After a 33 year abusive marriage, I was feeling pretty broken by the time my 2-year divorce was final.

I was left with nothing financially, diagnosed with PTSD, and my health had suffered greatly.

I was blessed to be able to start my Life Coach Certification process and was amazed at what I learned about creating happiness in your life and how to love yourself despite everything you’ve been through.

As I applied what I learned, I was able to face my heartbreaking situation with a smile. I saw hope, happiness, and joy!

As I put my life back together, I truly saw that you can be happy no matter what once you learn how. This is why I decided to make it my life’s mission to help other women who have been beaten up by life know how to finally have the self-worth and happiness you deserve.
