These Clean Eating BBQ Potato Logs are going to change your life! Do you ever get a craving for some unhealthy BBQ chips? Although they sound like a fun snack they are actually filled with harmful ingredients.
My Clean Eating BBQ Potato Logs are the answer you need. Not only are they absolutely delicious but they are baked instead of fried. They are also made with pure ingredients. Potatoes sometimes are made to sound like they are bad for you but in reality, they can have some pretty awesome health benefits like promoting bone and heart health, preventing cancer and maintaining a healthy weight. Potatoes can also aid in digestion and regularity.
Another thing I love about this recipe is how easy it is. You can boil the potatoes a couple of days in advance and leave them in the fridge until you are ready. I love to serve them up as the main dish with a healthy veggie tray and homemade ranch dip.
