These Healthy Green Beans with Mushrooms and Pomegranates are the perfect last-minute dish for any special occasion! The bright green of the beans and red of the pomegranates make it a beautiful addition to Christmas dinner.

The reason I say this is the perfect last-minute dish is that it’s SO fast and easy to make. But despite the fact that it’s so quick it’s full of flavor and nutrition. What could be a better win for any cook in a hurry?

Fun Nutrition Facts:

Did you know green beans can help reduce the risk of cancer? They can also help with depression and bone health.

Pomegranates are rich in fiber, vitamin C and potassium. They also contain a high amount of antioxidants which help with inflammation.

See? There are several reasons I call these Healthy Green Beans with Mushrooms and Pomegranates. And we didn’t even cover the benefits of mushrooms!
