What if THIS good thing actually happens…. or THAT good thing happens instead.

Our brains are incredibly powerful. Whatever we think, the brain will work to create.

For instance, if you’re getting ready for a presentation at work and you think over and over: “I’m going to mess this up. I’m going to forget what to say.”

Your brain will take that as a command and… you’ll mess it up and forget what to say.

The GOOD NEWS is that you can use this as a tool!

If instead, you tell yourself over and over: “I’m going to do great! They’ll be so impressed. I’m going to ROCK this.”

THAT’S what your brain will work to create instead.

Go to a positive “What If” land. What if it works out wonderfully? What if you get the help you need?
