Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Browned Butter and Garlic
Peal and dice potatoes and sweet potatoes and boil in water until tender. Meanwhile, place butter and garlic in a small pan. Cook, watching closely, until garlic and butter are browned. Be careful not to burn the butter. When potatoes are tender, drain and add all ingredients to potatoes. Mash or whip until completely combined. Serve with additional butter if desired.
