What is easier or quicker than a wrap? They are especially great in the winter when it can be hard to get fresh veggies in.

If you have the ingredients all made up it’s a meal that even kids can assemble for themselves! So many healthy ingredients, lots of fantastic flavor and only a few minutes. I think you’ll love this asian take on wraps.

Quick and Easy Vegetarian Asian Wraps

Wrap Ingredients
1 small head green cabbage, shredded
½ head red cabbage, shredded
6 scallions, sliced
2 carrots, grated
8-10 radishes, sliced
cooked brown or pink rice
wraps
Dressing Ingredients
½ inch ginger, grated (or less depending on your taste)
1-2 garlic cloves, grated
cup honey
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup organic brown rice vinegar

Combine both kinds of cabbage, scallions, carrots and radishes and toss together. Combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Take a wrap and layer on rice, cabbage mixture, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges and pour dressing on top.
